These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Sraat Daily ("Sraat", "we", "us", "our"), the seller and operator of Sraat.com. You are contracting with Sraat Daily for use of the website located at https://sraat.com and the SRAAT Daily Card service. You can contact us at info@sraat.com.

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sraat.com (16 in the UK/EU where required by law). When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Sraat.com publishes the SRAAT Daily Card — a daily Islamic reminder featuring a Name of Allah, a Hadith, a Du'ā and prayer times. We offer a free tier and a paid, branded subscription that lets you customise the card with your logo, colours and link and send it to your audience via email and WhatsApp Status.

We may add, change, suspend or remove features at any time. We aim to provide a continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (annually unless otherwise stated at checkout). For orders placed through Paddle, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders through Paddle. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to payment, billing, taxes, cancellation and refund mechanics for Paddle purchases. Where another payment provider is selected at checkout, that provider processes the payment instead.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing info@sraat.com.

Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where possible. Applicable VAT, GST or sales tax is calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing location. We may change prices for future billing periods on reasonable notice; the new price will only apply on renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@sraat.com. After you cancel, you will continue to receive the service until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription will not renew.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including a subscription renewal charge. For Paddle purchases, request your refund at paddle.net; you can also contact info@sraat.com for help. Cancellation and refund requests are separate. See our Refund Policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights or Paddle’s refund handling.

You agree not to use Sraat.com to:

• Send unsolicited or unlawful messages or violate any anti-spam law;
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sectarian or sexually explicit;
• Misrepresent your identity, brand or affiliation with us;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• Commit fraud, introduce malware, probe security vulnerabilities without permission or scrape the service without authorisation;
• Use the service to compete with us or to build a substantially similar product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice.

The Sraat name, logo, designs, source code and the editorial content of the Daily Cards are owned by Sraat Daily and protected by copyright and trademark law. Our software, documentation and branding remain our intellectual property. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service and to share the Daily Cards we send you with your audience.

You retain all rights in the brand assets (logo, colours, copy) you upload. By uploading them you grant us a limited licence to render and deliver your branded cards on your behalf.

Quotations from the Qur'ān and from the collections of Sahih Bukhari, Sahih Muslim and other recognised works are reproduced for educational and religious reminder purposes, with references shown on each card. Translations are credited where applicable. If you believe any reference is incorrect, please contact us so we can review and update it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) GBP 50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Sections intended to survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
