1. Acceptance of these terms
By clicking "Sign up," accepting these Terms in checkout, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by them. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account. The Service is not intended for children under 13.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately at security@sraat.app of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.
One account per organization is the intended pattern; team members can be added as sub-users under a single subscription.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Plans. Monthly and Annual plans are described on the Pricing page. The features included with each plan may evolve; material downgrades will be announced in advance.
Payment. Fees are charged in advance in the currency shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Taxes. Displayed prices are exclusive of applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes you owe.
Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from Dashboard → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access through the end of the paid period.
Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.
Reseller and Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or infringe any third-party right (including copyright and trademark).
- Upload content that misrepresents Islamic sources, incites harm, promotes hate, or is otherwise deceptive.
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or contact recipients who have not opted in.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to access non-public parts of the Service.
- Introduce malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or interfere with other users.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Content and licences
Your content. Your logo, colors, footer text, uploaded assets, and subscriber lists remain your property. By using the Service you grant SRAAT a limited licence to host, render, and deliver that content solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
SRAAT content. Templates, curated card library content, translations, iconography, and platform code are owned by SRAAT or its licensors. They are licensed to you for use within the Service for the duration of your subscription and may not be redistributed, resold, or used outside SRAAT.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties, including WhatsApp Business API, email delivery, and payment processors. Your use of those integrations is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRAAT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit any specific religious or organizational purpose beyond what is documented.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SRAAT and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to SRAAT in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SRAAT from any claim, cost, or damage arising out of your content, your recipient lists, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. You may terminate at any time by closing your account. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (fees owed, content licences to your content already delivered, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, and governing law) will survive.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email or in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Red Bee Solutions is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you rights in your country of residence. Contact legal@sraat.app for the current entity and jurisdiction of record.
