Your account
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Sraat — no unsolicited messaging, no infringing content, no use to spread material that contradicts the authentic Quran and Sunnah, no resale of the service without an Agency plan.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via LemonSqueezy. A 3-day free trial applies to new accounts. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds.
Content
You retain ownership of branding assets (logos, colours, taglines) you upload. You grant Sraat a limited license to display and process them solely to deliver the service. Islamic content provided by Sraat (hadith, duas, translations) remains under our editorial control.
Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. See our Disclaimer for content and delivery caveats.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sraat is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid in that period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sraat is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in those courts.
