User Data Deletion

You can ask Sraat.com to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains the options available, what gets removed, and how long it takes. For details on what we collect in the first place, see our Privacy Policy.

If you have a Sraat account, sign in and go to Settings → Delete my account. Confirming this removes your subscriber record, brand assets, prayer and hifz logs, AI background presets and cached daily-card images, and stops all future WhatsApp and email delivery.

Reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any SRAAT WhatsApp message. Your number is immediately removed from delivery and flagged for deletion from our subscriber database within 30 days.

If you can't sign in, email faisal.redbee@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the WhatsApp number and / or email address tied to your account so we can locate it. We respond within 30 days.

If you connected to SRAAT through Facebook or WhatsApp and want only your Meta-derived data removed (rather than your whole account), email faisal.redbee@gmail.com with the subject "Meta data deletion" and the WhatsApp number or Facebook user ID concerned. We will remove the linked identifier and any associated message history within 30 days and confirm by reply.

• Your subscriber record (name, email, WhatsApp number, language, timezone);
• Brand assets (logo, colours, fonts, links, taglines);
• Prayer logs, hifz items and reviews, dhikr sessions, daily reflections;
• AI background presets and saved customisations;
• Cached daily-card PNGs in our storage bucket;
• Inbound and outbound WhatsApp message history;
• Account credentials and authentication sessions.

We retain the minimum data required by law or for legitimate operational reasons:

• Billing and payment metadata (PayPal transaction IDs, invoices) — kept for at least 6 years to comply with tax law;
• Aggregated, anonymised analytics that cannot be linked back to you;
• Audit log entries required for fraud prevention and security.
