1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as browser localStorage, sessionStorage, and pixels — perform related functions. Throughout this page we use "cookies" to refer to all of them.
2. Types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. Required to run the Service — sign-in session, security (CSRF), load balancing, and route protection. The Service cannot function without them and they cannot be disabled from within the app.
Preference. Remember your language, theme (light/dark), and dashboard layout choices so the Service feels consistent across visits.
Analytics. Privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics that help us understand which pages are visited and where users encounter friction. Where required by law we ask for your consent before setting these.
Advertising. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not share data with ad networks.
3. Cookies we set
| Name | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| sb-*-auth-token | Necessary | Keeps you signed in to your SRAAT account. | Session / up to 30 days |
| sraat-theme | Preference | Remembers light or dark theme choice. | 1 year |
| sraat-lang | Preference | Remembers your preferred display language. | 1 year |
| sraat-analytics | Analytics | Aggregate page-view and error signals. Set only where consent applies. | Up to 12 months |
Third-party sub-processors (payment, WhatsApp, email) may set their own cookies when their widgets or checkout pages load. Those cookies are governed by their respective policies.
4. Your choices and consent
Where required by law (for example under EU/UK GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive), we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time by clearing site data in your browser or contacting privacy@sraat.app.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Doing so may sign you out of SRAAT and reset your preferences. Guidance:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
- Safari — Settings → Privacy
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions
5. Do Not Track
Different browsers send "Do Not Track" signals in different ways and there is no consistent industry standard. SRAAT does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals but we already limit tracking as described above.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or in the law. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
7. Contact
